Can MyDefrag do continuous background defragmenting?
No. In my opinion continuous background defragmenting and optimization is marketing hype and a bad idea. There is considerable overhead (CPU, memory, disk) that may actually make your computer slower instead of faster, and it will wear out and shorten the life span of your harddisk. I advise defragmenting once a day (via the Windows Task Scheduler) at the most.See also:
